Loan Officer Assistant

We are actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant. The ideal candidate will not necessarily require prior experience in the mortgage industry. Instead, we are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist loan officers in researching and understanding lending guidelines, ensuring all loans adhere to set regulations.
Follow up with clients to gather necessary information, take loan applications, and calculate income accurately.
Compile and organize mortgage files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate for submission to lenders.
Embody a warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients over the phone, prioritizing excellent customer service and building rapport.
Evaluate client information and financial documents to determine the most suitable lending partner.
Upload relevant loan documentation on designated platforms and disclose loans on behalf of the loan officers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries, and providing updates on loan status.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or related field.
Embody a warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients over the phone, prioritizing excellent customer service and building rapport.
No experience is required.
+C1 level of English – both written and spoken.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
