Your Role With Us:
- Conduct detailed title searches and examinations, confirming property ownership and uncovering any potential issues.
- Work closely with a diverse team of attorneys, lenders, and real estate professionals to navigate and resolve title-related challenges.
- Prepare and review essential closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Organize and execute closings, guiding clients through each step with clarity and confidence.
- Stay abreast of industry changes to continually enhance our processes and service delivery.
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly regarded.
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English will be viewed favorably.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in title processing and closing, with a proven track record of excellence.
- Familiarity with title examination software (like Qualia) and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A solid understanding of real estate law, title insurance, and the intricacies of closing procedures.
